Position Title: Assistant Director of Enrollment Management
Job Description: The Assistant Director of Enrollment Management provides oversight of all undergraduate admissions application processes.  
Responsibilities: The position assists in the evaluation and enhancement of electronic processes in the undergraduate admissions cycle, including serving on the campus Banner Student Consortium, and acting as the facilitator of application and prospective student communication issues as a lead member of the Admissions Slate implementation team. The Assistant Director trains and supervises professional and student staff in all aspects of admission application processing including facilitating the update and reconciliation of application fee payment processes. Ensures timeliness, effectiveness and routine evaluation of process to ensure all application files are prepared accurately for evaluation, decision-processing, and to meet state SURDS reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution of higher education
  • Progressive experience in college admissions or college student services processing and operations
  • Experience with personnel supervision and a record of effective collaboration with other campus offices
  • Strong process management, resourcefulness, use of good judgement, and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Successful facilitation of projects as a member of a core team
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, responsibilities, and programs simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Significant demonstrated experience managing a student information system, preferably Banner
  • Experience implementing and developing the use of a CRM for college admissions, preferably Slate  
  • Master’s degree 
Department Description: The Admissions Department supports the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment of domestic and international undergraduate students and provides guidance on admissions processes and standards, university information, and campus visitation programs to prospective students and families. It also provides financial assistance and information to graduate and undergraduate students while enforcing institutional, state and federal regulations governing such assistance.

Compensation: Starting salary will be determined by the qualifications of the selected applicant balanced with departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
