Pay Range:

$17.85 per hour, $3,094 per month

Mines takes into consideration a combination of candidate’s education, training and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, work location, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.

Job Description:
Join our team and serve as an essential part of Colorado School of Mines success! Maintaining
the cleanliness of our facilities is critical in providing a safe, comfortable, functional and esthetically pleasing campus environment that is conducive to teaching, learning and living. We need YOU to help us create the best possible environment for our faculty, staff, students and campus visitors!
Minimum Qualifications:
Six months of full time custodial experience (Part-time experience will be pro-rated.) Primary
work duties must be custodial work which includes caring for and maintaining offices/classrooms within an organization. Custodial work includes sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, as well as performing general dusting and
vacuuming within an office/school environment.
