Position Title: HVAC Technician  
Pay Range:

$45,300 - $51,900

Job Description: The HVAC Technician performs preventative maintenance tasks, and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment. Duties will primarily involve changing air handling units filters, maintaining HVAC equipment, exhaust fans, air compressors, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, mechanical rooms, and repair or replacement of these elements in coordination with the operations shop. Cleaning cooling towers and punching chiller tubes, supporting operations as needed. Providing assistance with water treatment of open and closed loop systems.

Minimum Qualifications: Two years of progressively responsible HVAC service and repair experience which included preventative maintenance.  
Preferred Qualifications: NATE Certification
EPA Refrigeration Certificate
