Position Title: Interdisciplinary Graduate Program Coordinator
Residency Requirement: Applicants must be a Colorado resident.
Job Description:

This position will close on November 18, 2019, OR when 75 qualified applications are received, whichever comes first.

This position provides broad administrative and financial support to the interdisciplinary graduate programs (IGP).

Financial responsibilities include reconciliation of accounts, reallocation of procurement card purchases; application of daily expenditures to corresponding budgets; preparing journal entries, payroll reallocations and budget transfer requests to be processed by the Controller's Office.  Administrative responsibilities include assisting with student inquiries and requests,;managing administrative aspects of IGP program recruitment, course scheduling and logistics;  graduate student contracts, etc. Other duties include coordinating building, office space and laboratory access; coordinating and managing logistics for IGP specific events and activities (i.e. seminars, orientation, recruitment events) and managing web presence. 

Minimum Qualifications: Four years of general administrative support experience which included technical accounting/bookkeeping and event coordination.
